About The PositionWe are seeking a dedicated Critical Care Physician Assistant for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Massachusetts, starting Sep 10, 2025. This position involves night shifts from 7pm to 7am, with flexibility for a 7 on/7 off rotation. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in ICU and critical care, with proficiency in Epic EMR systems.
Job Details- Location: Massachusetts
- Start Date: Sep 10, 2025
- LOA: 60 days
- Provider Type Needed: Critical Care Physician Assistant
- Schedule: Night shifts, 7pm-7am; flexible to work 3 shifts/week or a 7 on/7 off rotation
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide critical care and monitor ICU patients
- Manage patient care in a pulmonology and critical care setting
- Interpret diagnostic tests and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in patient rounds and respond to patient emergencies
- Maintain accurate patient records using Epic EMR system
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and critical care standards
Additional Information- Required certifications: ACLS, ATCN, BLS, DEA
- Board certification needed in Critical Care Medicine
- MA state license required
- Minimum of 3 years ICU experience preferred
- Skills in medical procedures are advantageous but not required
