Field Service Engineer - Marine Drives Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving complex technical issues with marine drive systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and drive innovation to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Field Service Engineer - Marine Drives Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and resolve complex technical issues with marine drive systems
Conduct site visits to diagnose and repair marine drive systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
Develop and implement solutions to improve the performance and reliability of marine drive systems
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of marine drive systems
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in marine drive systems

Field Service Engineer - Marine Drives Position Requirements:

Advanced degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or marine engineering)
Minimum 5 years of experience in field service engineering, with a focus on marine drives and propulsion systems
Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Valid certification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., CE, ME, or PE)
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays, to support customers in various locations
Valid passport and ability to obtain necessary visas and travel permits
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
