Massillon, OH Urgent Care Physician Locum Tenens

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a Board Certified Physician to provide locum tenens coverage at a 10-bed Urgent Care center in Massillon, Ohio. This is a dynamic opportunity for a physician with urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine training who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-first environment.

Facility Type: 10-bed Urgent Care Center
Contract Type: Locum Tenens / Travel
Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing Coverage
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM | 12-hour shifts | 7 days per week availability

Clinical Scope
Physician will provide a wide range of urgent care services, including:

Management of minor injuries (sprains, strains, lacerations, fractures)
Infectious disease diagnosis and treatment (flu, strep, respiratory illness, UTI)
Physicals (sports, DOT, employment, wellness exams)
Vaccinations and immunizations for all ages
Diagnostics: Onsite lab and X-ray available for efficient patient evaluation

Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
Active Ohio Medical License (or willing to obtain)
Current DEA License
Life Support Certifications: BLS, ACLS (PALS preferred)
Minimum 1 year of urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred
