Contract duration: 18 weeks

Weekly Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $3,237.00 Per Week
On W2(Taxable): $1,760.00 Per Week
Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,477.00 Per Week

Job Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience
Travel experience not required
Epic charting experience preferred, not required
Must provide 7-year work history (2015–present) including gaps

Certifications (Required):

ARRT (R)
BLS (AHA)
ACLS
Oregon State License
