Requirements:

Active NYS RN License
2+ years of experience
BLS Certification
Ventilator care experience required

Role Overview:

Provide direct nursing care to residents on the Vent Unit
Coordinate individual resident care plans under the supervision of RN UM/Nursing Supervisor & Physician
Administer medications, treatments, and ensure accurate documentation (Care Plan, MAR, TAR)
Supervise and support CNAs & Ward Clerks
Exercise independent clinical judgment while maintaining constant communication with supervisors
