In the Pacific Northwest, we are the biggest Great Clips franchisee. We take great satisfaction in offering one of the best effective wages available (base + comm + productivity + tips). Our average effective hourly wage is between $30-$35/hr. Average base pay is $18-50-20/hr (FT-base wage), though some make more. practical instruction to ensure your success. A license in cosmetology or barbering is necessary.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
