Get to Know Your Team:

BSA Hospital is a 445-bed hospital serving the Amarillo area for over 120 years and continues to be Amarillo’s preferred healthcare provider. At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service, and dignity.

Responsibilities

Provide and document examinations and evaluations
Establish functional PT diagnosis, prognoses and plans of care
Formulate treatment goals
Provide physical therapy intervention to patients
Measure and report outcomes
Formulate and carry out discharge plans
Supervise licensed and non-licensed assigned staff or students
Interact and practice in collaboration with other professionals
Individuals must comply with the Texas Physical Therapy Practice Acts and Rules

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Baccalaureate, Master, or Doctorate Degree of Physical Therapy.
Current Texas Licensure to practice Physical Therapy.
CPR Certification.

Preferred Job Requirements

Physical Therapy experience in an acute care hospital and/or rehabilitation facility with participation in a multi-disciplinary team.
