About The PositionWe are seeking an OB-GYN Physician for a 10-day locum tenens assignment in Washington, starting on Sep 18, 2025. The role involves 24-hour out-of-house call coverage, managing deliveries, and addressing emergency gynecological cases. The successful candidate will be part of a team that handles an average of 1000 annual births, with comprehensive support for various obstetric and gynecological needs.

- Additional dates include Dec 23, 7 AM to Jan 2, 7 AM
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide on-call coverage for the emergency department, specifically for deliveries and urgent gynecological cases.
- Manage approximately 500 births annually, collaborating with an FQHC for certain deliveries and newborn care.
- Coordinate with pediatric hospitals and transfer cases under 36 weeks to specialized facilities.
- Utilize the Epic EMR system to document and manage patient information efficiently.
Additional Information- Required Board Certifications: Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Must have completed at least 30 deliveries in the past 24 months, including 10 C-sections, and at least 25 gynecological surgical procedures, including five major abdominal cases.
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP
- All active and inactive state licenses must be listed on CV, with explanations for any CV gaps exceeding two months.
