Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive care in a NICU setting.
- Manage daily patient rounds and neonatal procedures.
- Respond to neonatal emergencies within a 30-minute window.
- Maintain collaboration with healthcare team members to ensure quality of care.
- Handle a yearly delivery rate, with 10-12% being high risk.
- Utilize the Epic EMR system to document all patient interactions and procedures.
Additional Information
- Required Board Certifications: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP); Neonatology
- Must be either board certified or board eligible in Neonatology.
- A valid California Nurse Practitioner license is required for this role.
