About The PositionWe are seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana. This role commences on Sep 15, 2025, and features a flexible schedule, including day shifts from 8am-5pm and occasional evening shifts until 7pm. The physician will engage in comprehensive family medicine care covering patients of all ages, focusing on both acute and chronic conditions.

- Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8am-5pm
- Tuesday & Thursday: 10am-7pm
- Total weekly hours: 42
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide general primary care and family medicine services to patients of all ages
- Manage medication and oversee home treatment education
- Refer patients to specialists as necessary
- Ensure continuity of care between visits
- Maintain accurate patient records, including charting and notation in the EMR
- Conduct peer reviews
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer and medical team
- Treat a culturally and economically diverse patient population
Additional Information- Required board certification in Family Medicine
- Must hold a valid Indiana medical license
- Experience with EMR systems
