**Job Title: CT Technologist**
**Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00)**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join our dynamic team in a Level IV Trauma and major teaching hospital. The ideal candidate will have proficiency with GE CT scanners, Cerner charting systems, and/or Fuji PACS. While extensive travel experience is preferred, we will consider first-time travelers given the necessary qualifications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate GE 128 slice CT scanners efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform a variety of CT examinations, including but not limited to abdomen, chest, brain perfusion, and vascular imaging.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain patient safety standards, including the preparation and administration of contrast media.
- Document all procedures accurately in the Cerner system.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2 years of CT scanning experience required.
- ARRT certified in CT, BLS certification required.
- Experience in a Level I trauma center is preferred.
- Must hold a valid West Virginia state license (or pending license acceptable).
- Strong skills in 3D rendering and various CT procedures.
**Schedule Details:**
- Block schedule: Friday to Sunday (18:30 - 07:00).
- Every other weekend required; no call or floating.
**Facility Information:**
- Level IV Trauma Center with 838 staffed beds.
