Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Days at a leading $facility_type$ in Nampa, ID. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide radiation therapy treatments to patients as a Radiation Therapist
• Work 36 hours per week with 7a-5p shift schedule
• Participate in holiday rotation including scheduled weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas
• Utilize Epic, Aria Access, and Shared Drives systems for documentation and treatment planning
• Maintain current BLS certification and RT(T) credentials
• Complete license/certificate verification requirements
• Undergo required health screenings including fit test, drug screen, and color vision testing
• Maintain current immunization status including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella vaccines
• Complete tuberculosis screening via 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing
• Submit to background check and education verification processes
• Complete required compliance forms and conduct agreements
• Participate in Joint Commission testing and skills checklist verification
• Maintain valid motor vehicle record for facility requirements
• Complete physical/health statement documentation
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for radiation therapy services
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in ID
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
