**Job Title: Registered Nurse – Trauma and Critical Care**
**Shift:** 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in trauma and critical care settings.
- Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in trauma and critical care nursing.
- Engage with patients and families, providing emotional support and education.
- Document care and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina or compact state.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous experience in trauma, critical care, or emergency medicine is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
