We are now seeking a LPN Supervisor to join our team! This is a full-time position (30hrs/week). Hours are 7a-5:30pm every Sunday/Monday/Tuesday. Holiday and on-call rotation.

What you'll do:

Resident triage.
Professional communication with physicians, families and third party in the care coordination for the resident.
Assist the Health & Wellness Director in managing a staff of professionals through supervision, education, and support.
Provide health-related expertise for all residents, families, staff, and outside referral sources.
On the floor assistance as needed.
One week a month on-call rotation.

What you will bring:

Two years of assisted living experience preferred.
A current LPN license in good standing required.
