There is no in-house call or pager duty for weeknights or weekends. Overtime is not expected but may be offered. The hospital uses paper records for charting and has five anesthesia rooms. MDs supervise CRNAs, with a CRNA to MD ratio of 5:1, although MDs do not perform their own cases.
