THIS JOB IS MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-4:30PM IN OFFICE (Remote is NOT offered)

Interim HealthCare of Sioux Falls is seeking a scheduler with a passion for customer service.

**The right person for this job will be very proficient in Microsoft Office products, have great communication skills, and have a fun, energetic, and outgoing personality! You will need to be personable, friendly and well-versed with working with people. Attention to detail is a must in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead Scheduler for all our staffing positions between nurses (RN’s, LPN’s) and healthcare staff (CNA"s, Med Aides, Dietary, etc) and connecting them with healthcare communities in need
Main point of contact between Interim HealthCare and all our staffing partners (phone call, text, email and on-call)
Oversight of all scheduling platforms and programs
Oversight of On Call training and scheduling
Participate in outreach events, including partner visits and community involvement
Rotation of on-call responsibilities with office team

Education:

High school diploma or GED required. Post-Secondary degree preferred.
