2+ Years Experience in LTC, SNF, Med Surg setting (no hospital/medical center experience needed)

- BLS (AHA)
- Covid Vaccine - strongly encouraged -- (if declining, mandated to wear a mask)
MUST have completed at least '1' successful travel assignment as a RN (Must note on work history)
