MINIMUM 2 YRS RECENT HIGH-RISK L&D IN FACILITIES HANDLING AT LEAST 250 DELIVERIES/MO required. EPIC Experience REQUIRED; NRP (AHA), BLS (AHA) REQUIRED
MUST PRESENT SFHS SUBMISSION PAGE WITH PROFILE OR PROFILE WILL BE DECLINED. Submission page would include the traveler's PERMANENT ADDRESS OVER 100 MILES FROM THE FACILITY. CURRENT and Unencumbered RN license to practice in Oklahoma required upon submission of profile.
