Full-Service Restaurant Manager - $55,000 - $67,000 DOELocation: Dallas, TXE Bar Tex Mex, a vibrant and locally-loved restaurant in Dallas, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about exceptional service, and have a knack for leading successful teams, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:

Lead daily operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Manage, train, and inspire front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Oversee scheduling, inventory, and operational efficiencies.
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-focused attitude.
Collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales and achieve financial goals.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a full-service setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Passion for Tex-Mex cuisine and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
