Some functions of what you would do as a Hospice Massage Therapist

Conduct initial evaluation, assessing & identifying patient’s needs.
Providescomfort touch massage therapy services to patients in accordance with physician’s orders and the interdisciplinary group (IDG) plan of care with a focus on a hospice and palliative care approach.
Completes and submits accurate and timely documentation of massage therapy services provided.

A few must-haves for this position:

Successful completion of post secondary course of study from an accredited/licensed school for Massage Therapy
One year of Massage Therapy experience required.
Hospice massage therapy experience preferred.
Able to travel within a geographic area serviced by office. Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.
