Siemens Healthineers is currently seeking candidates for X-ray Technologist positions that will provide support for our client's healthcare systems in Wilkes- Barre, PA. This is a travel healthcare contract assignment with a high likelihood of extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Details
- Location: Wilkes- Barre, Pennsylvania
- Modality: X-Ray
- Shift: 5x8 Nights
- Every other weekend
- 40-hour work week
- Equipment: Siemens (X.Pree), GE (portables, fixed room, and C-arm), and Philips (room)
- Role: Work in a level I trauma center supporting in all areas of x-ray, including OR. No fluoroscopy.
- Pay: $2,800 weekly gross(eligible for benefits)

Requirements: - Active ARRT(R) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience within modality
About Your Role: As a Travel X-Ray Technologist, you will deliver high-quality diagnostic radiographic services in a variety of clinical settings. You'll work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure clear imaging, patient safety, and compassionate care throughout each procedure.
Key Responsibilities: - Perform general diagnostic X-ray exams according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Ensure proper patient positioning and technique to capture accurate, high-quality images.
- Maintain a focus on patient comfort, safety, and dignity during all imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to support timely diagnosis and treatment.
- Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, performing routine quality checks.
- Comply with all radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Adapt quickly to new environments and workflows across different healthcare facilities.
