Delaware North Travel is hiring a full-time or part-time Retail Cashier to join our team at Boston Logan Airport in East Boston, Massachusetts. As a Retail Cashier, you will be responsible for managing all transactions while providing excellent guest service.

On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of Areas. What will you do?
- Greet guests, answer questions, and assist whenever possible
- Process sale with point of sale system and bag merchandise
- Maintain records related to sales
- Routinely stock merchandise and maintain back-stock
- Verify amount of bank at beginning and end of each shift
More about you
- Customer service experience required
- Previous experience in retail a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accurately handle money and count change
- Experience working with point-of-sale systems and processing non-cash transactions
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for entire length of shift
- Ability to climb stairs and step stool frequently
- Visual acuity sufficient to distinguish merchandise and operate point-of-sale system
