Job Description & Requirements Urology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20 This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: Clinic Hours are 8a-4:30p and Operating Room Hours are 7a-3:30p. Call duties also required. · Practice Setting: Outpatient · Types of Cases: General Urology · Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days · Electronic Medical Record (EMR): CERNER · Certifications Required: Board Certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) · Licensure Required: Any Active Unrestricted State License Facility Location Lebanon was formerly known as Steitztown and has a long history as a steel producing town.
