Sign-On Bonus - $200 (Paid in 2nd Pay Cheque)
Completion Bonus - $800 (Paid in last Pay Cheque)
Sick Leave - 26 hours Paid
Orientation - Paid

Med/Surg RN
(36 hours) + 2 on call shifts in 4 weeks
Rotational D/N/W/Holidays
Required: NYS RN Licensure Required
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS (AHA or RQI only), NIHSS

Job Functions:
-Applies nursing knowledge and skill in the delivery of care.
-Assesses patient / family needs through active listening, social perceptiveness (being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do), and analyzing data or information obtained through direct observation/assessment, technology, or health team communication.

-Creates a developmentally and age appropriate, culturally relevant, individualized plan of care to address the nature and scope of the health problems identified.

-In collaboration with the patient, family, physician, and healthcare team members, sets goals and monitors the patient’s progress.

-The RN adjusts the plan based on patient response or change in condition/reprioritization of needs.
