Talent4Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Utica, New York.

36 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, days
Employment Type: Local Contract

2+ years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU
Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex
Heart experience is highly preferred - Manager is looking at these as a priority!
Floating Required: Yes
Current AHA ACLS , BLS, NIHSS

Unit Specifics:

Beds: 42 beds (East 20, West 22), Neuro/Med: 22, CTICU: 6, Surg/Trauma: 14
Floating required if needed: To all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)
Common patient diagnosis: Neuro/Med -Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi CTICU- CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surg/Trauma- Trauma, Major post-op sx
Specialty equipment used on unit: IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage), Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun)

EMR Exp Required: EPIC
