Providence is calling for applications for our November 2025 RN Fellow – ED Unit . An RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months of hire.
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 6 months of hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.
- 1 year - Nursing experience (new to specialty).
