Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Newburgh, Indiana.

Job Description & Requirements

Duration: 12 weeks
36 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, nights
Employment Type: Travel

Two years of strong cardiac/tele experience, 1 travel assignment, trauma level II experience
Must have current active compact license
Required Certs: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and NIHSS
NO LOCAL CANIDATES (40 MILE RADIUS RULE)
12hr Nights 6:30-7
Float Requirement: First to float within skillset. Deaconess Midtown (IN) campus (8 miles apart) & potential to float to Deaconess Henderson (KY 11 miles). 2 HR notice given for cross campus float. Mid-shift float within same campus. Cross campus mid-shift float is unlikely but possible
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Three weekends out of every six week schedule. Every other holiday
Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class)
