📍 Providence Medford Medical Center, Medford, OR
📅 Start Date: 09/02/2025 | ⏳ 13-week contract
🕒 Shift: Day | 4x10s | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

✅ Requirements:

1+ year Case Management RN experience
Active RN license (OR)
BLS (preferred)
Epic experience preferred
First-time travelers welcome!

👩‍⚕️ Position Highlights:

Inpatient Case Management across ICU, Med/Surg, Tele, ED & Obs
Patient Ratio: Approx. 1:16 weekdays / 1:32 weekends
Responsible for discharge planning, resource coordination, insurance authorizations, and community partner referrals
Weekend work required (every other weekend)
Float coverage as needed within acute units
Support from Case Management Assistants
No Utilization Review required (UR experience helpful but not necessary)
