Job Summary: Transports materials, patients and/or employees throughout the system in a safe and timely manner. Maintains the cleaning and maintenance schedule for the vehicle. Maintains a clean driving record and follows all New Jersey driving laws. Position Responsibilities: Transports materials, patients, or employees throughout the system or region as directed. Maintains a good working relationship with and assists patients and/or customers on and off the vehicle as needed. Loads and unloads materials as required. Recognizes and triage any patient concerns or problems to the appropriate staff when appropriate. Drives the Vehicle Safely at all times, maintaining a clean driving record. Ability to create the best possible schedules and route for meeting department objectives.
