Wycombe Wanderers FC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join their forward-thinking medical team. The Impact You’ll Make

Assessment & Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments, deliver evidence-based treatment, and monitor player progress.
Rehabilitation: Design individualised programs for both injured and non-injured players to optimise performance and prevent future issues.
Pitch-side Support: Provide immediate care for injuries and medical emergencies during training sessions and matches.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the wider performance team and club doctor to ensure a holistic approach to player health.
Documentation & Research: Maintain accurate medical records and stay current with advancements in sports medicine to inform your practice.
Mentorship: Support and guide junior medical staff and interns within the department.

Your Skills and Experience

A minimum of three years of experience working with elite athletes in a professional sporting environment.
Exceptional clinical reasoning skills and extensive knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries, rehabilitation, and injury prevention.
The ability to work calmly under pressure and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with IT.
The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required for training and matches.
A BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy.
Valid HCPC and CSP registrations.
An FA ATMMiF qualification, or equivalent.
A valid UK Driving License.
