About the Job:
This high-visibility, high-impact role is critical to the success of our digital transformation. As a key member of our project team, you will coordinate testing, QA, and RICE (Reports, Integrations, Conversions & Extensions) development during our digital transformation. After the initial program, you will transition into the ongoing role of Release Management & Continuous Improvement Coordinator.
You will partner with both business and technology teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and continuous flow of new features and business process improvements. The ideal candidate is a techno-functional expert with broad knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud who thrives on leading coordination, driving efficiency, and ensuring accountability.
What You'll Do:

Release Management: Coordinate the entire release process for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This includes planning, scheduling, and communicating release activities to all stakeholders.
Offshore Team Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for our offshore development partners. You will track RICE development items and hold teams accountable for delivering on time and within scope.
Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements within the release and development lifecycles. This involves gathering feedback, analyzing metrics, and proposing solutions to boost efficiency and quality.
Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for release plans, project progress, and key decisions. Develop and present reports on status, issues and resolutions.
Problem-Solving: Document complex issues and work with various team members to drive them to resolution.
Communication: Provide clear and regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.

Qualifications
Skills You'll Need:

A Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience supporting business users with the design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Proven experience in release management, continuous improvement and coordinating offshore resources.
Experience with Oracle Fusion (HCM, Finance, SCM, and CX) business processes.
A strong ability to document, coordinate, and implement new or redesigned system functionality and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization.
Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
A strong passion for problem-solving and a proactive approach to your work.
