We're growing- and we're looking for a dynamic, experienced Municipal / Land Use Associate to join our expanding Municipal / Land Use Department.
As a firm, we handle a wide variety of complex matters, with a focus on real estate, construction, business, employment, land use, municipal law, immigration, criminal and complex civil litigation. Requirements
What We're Looking For
An entrepreneurial and driven attorney who thrives in a client-focused, high-performance environment. Ideal candidates will bring:

Highly motivated, entrepreneurial attorney with at least 3-5 years of Municipal / Land Use experience or a fervent desire and willingness to learn and develop skills in these practice areas.
Experience in effectively advocating for clients in municipal, land use and zoning matters before governmental agencies.
A Virginia law license in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
Ability to manage clients and cases independently as well as work collaboratively with co-counsel and team members.
A high level of organization and initiative.
A personable, dynamic, and professional communication style.
A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
An interest in business development and expanding client relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive starting salary(ranging from $100,000 to $125,000) commensurate with experience and skills, existing client base, and productivity. We also offer a very comprehensive benefits package, including:
