We’re looking for a talented, dynamic Associate Dentist to join our close-knit team at Teeth For Life Dental Care. You’ll enjoy the security of NHS work alongside a strong flow of private patients, with the added benefit of included coaching from Dr Barry Oulton — giving you the tools to master communication and enhance the patient journey, with full support to apply his proven methods in your day-to-day dentistry.

We’re flexible — you can work 2 to 5 days per week, as long as Friday is one of them.

About you

You are a GDC-registered Dentist with at least 1 year’s post-FD experience.
You see communication as just as important as clinical skill — and you’re keen to refine and apply new techniques to elevate your patient care.
You are passionate about delivering high-quality dentistry and creating a positive patient journey.
You are open to coaching, feedback, and new ways of working — and you enjoy putting learning into practice.
You are confident in diagnosing and treatment-planning a wide range of cases, and happy to collaborate or refer when it’s in the patient’s best interest.
You are proactive, professional, and committed to continual improvement for both yourself and the team.
