We are seeking an experienced business litigation attorney who can provide quality legal services to our large, diverse client base. Our ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside our attorneys and staff to deliver a better future to our clients.

Candidates must have at least 10 successful trials completed, at least two of them jury trials. Candidates should be skilled at preparing for and leading depositions that produce strategic outcomes. Drafting clear and compelling motions for all matters prior to and separate from trial is a critical supporting skill for this role. Ability to fully and appropriately utilize a professional legal team to move matters effectively and efficiently is necessary. Please note we are only considering candidates with a significant history litigating business, corporate, real estate, and construction matters exclusively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $185,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
