Multi-Site Veterinary Practice Manager (Southern California)
Are you an experienced veterinary leader who thrives on building strong teams, streamlining operations, and supporting both people and pets? A well-established group of veterinary hospitals in Southern California is searching for a Multi-Site Practice Manager to oversee multiple locations and guide them toward continued growth, exceptional care, and an outstanding client experience.
What You'll Do:

Partner with hospital leadership teams and doctors to ensure high-quality medicine, smooth operations, and unmatched client service.
Mentor and develop hospital managers and staff through coaching, training, and performance management.
Drive operational excellence, from payroll and scheduling to budgeting and inventory management.
Support client relations, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.
Collaborate closely with regional leadership to align goals, improve performance, and implement new initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of leadership or operations management experience in veterinary, healthcare, or a related field (CVPM or business degree a plus).
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, resolve challenges, and create a positive workplace culture.
Strong HR, operations, and financial management skills.
Knowledge of veterinary medicine, terminology, and hospital workflow preferred.
A people-focused leader who can balance business goals with compassionate care.
