Recruitment Consultant – Leeds (Sales Professionals Wanted)

Location: Leeds, LS1

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £60k+ in Year 1)

The Role

You’ll be joining a successful, fast-paced recruitment business with a strong reputation in the market. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll leverage your existing sales experience to:

Build strong client relationships through outbound business development
Source and manage top-tier candidates in your chosen sector
Own the full 360° recruitment process - from initial brief to placement
Hit and exceed activity targets and revenue goals
Grow your own client base and manage your desk like it’s your own business

We’ll give you the tools, training, and support - you bring the drive, resilience, and sales mindset.

Minimum 1 year of proven sales or business development experience
A track record of hitting KPIs or sales targets
A confident, professional approach with excellent communication skills

A proactive, self-starting attitude

Experience in recruitment isn’t necessary - we’ll teach you that. But sales ability is non-negotiable.
