The Role

We're hiring a Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. Depending on your background and our current needs, you may focus on pre-litigation resolution, litigation, or a combination of both.

Some of our attorneys work closely with paralegals and intake staff to evaluate new matters and resolve cases pre-suit. Others focus on discovery, depositions, arbitration, or trial.

We'll assign responsibilities based on your experience, strengths, and interests, while maintaining the flexibility to shift as you grow within the firm.

Responsibilities may include:

Collaborating with pre-litigation staff and paralegals to evaluate and develop cases
Negotiating settlements that deliver strong outcomes for clients
Handling litigation tasks, including pleadings, motions, depositions, arbitrations, or trials (if applicable)
Communicating clearly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters
Contributing to case strategy and helping ensure matters progress efficiently

What We're Looking For

Licensed in PA or NJ (both preferred)
At least 2 years of experience handling personal injury cases
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Organized, responsive, and committed to client service
Tech-savvy and open to using AI and modern legal tools
A team player who communicates well and brings a growth mindset

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $130,000-$150,000 based on experience
Bonus: Transparent, performance-based structure tied to case outcomes and revenue generated
