Kitay Law Offices is seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team and represent injured workers throughout Pennsylvania. Responsibilities

Represent injured workers in claims for Pennsylvania workers' compensation benefits.
Conduct initial consultations to evaluate potential cases.
Review medical records and determine appropriate petitions to file.
Handle litigation before Workers' Compensation Judges across Pennsylvania.
Take expert depositions and counsel clients throughout their cases.
Draft briefs for cases awaiting judicial decisions.
Negotiate settlement agreements on behalf of clients.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania, in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workers' Compensation attorney in Pennsylvania.
Experience representing injured workers is preferred; defense attorneys will also be considered.
Tech-savvy, with experience using case management software (SmartAdvocate experience is a plus).
Ability to manage a caseload of 100+ cases effectively.

Total annual compensation ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 (salary + commission structure). Commensurate with Experience.
