The Administrative Community is composed of global Administrative Business Partners who support leaders and their global teams.

The Difference You Will Make:

The company is seeking an Administrative Business Partner to join the Business Organization team.
This role will report to a Director in the business org and is a full-time remote position.
With so much going on in so many places, we need an experienced organizational and administrative professional to join the team.

A Typical Day:

Provide administrative support to multiple Business organization leaders.
This includes calendar management, travel and expense management, meeting preparation, and coordinating office access.
Act as a thought partner to lead and strategically align leader calendar with their priorities.
Work closely with Senior Business Partners on tasks and projects as needed.
Coordinate and participate in team events, culture, and recognition moments.
Build effective relationships across the Administrative Community and with other teams across the company as necessary.

Skills:

5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including supporting a team in an administrative capacity.
Ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality
Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn and encouraging.
Acute attention to detail and follow through, high-level of organization

The hiring range for this position is $45 to $51 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
