Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Richmond, VA (Full-Time, In-Office)
Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience
Are you ready to make an impact at a leading non-profit organization? We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will serve as a trusted partner in managing priorities, communications, and strategic initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational priorities
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions
Ensure the Office of the CEO operates with precision, professionalism, and efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years' experience supporting senior executives
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
