One of my clients are looking for a D365 F&O Solution Architect to join their team.

They are a non-corporate Microsoft consultancy who operate across 10+ European countries. After several years of impressive expansion within Microsoft Business Applications, this is an opportunity to join a collaborative team that’s passionate about delivering Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Your role will be crucial in leading decision-making, ensuring best practices, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that meet client needs. You will also have the opportunity to step into leadership positions, contributing to the overall growth and direction of the D365 F&O practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of D365 F&O solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Collaborate closely with functional consultants and developers to create customised, high-performance solutions.
Provide solution leadership during the full project lifecycle, from scoping and design to delivery and support.
Guide and mentor functional teams, ensuring high coding standards and efficient solution development.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in delivering D365 F&O (or Dynamics AX) projects in a Solution Architect role.
Retail experience - working on F&O project implemnetations for the retail sector
Experience with integrations, extensions, and customisations in D365 F&O.
Prior experience in a consulting or partner environment is preferred.
