Job Summary:
As the Legal Executive Administrator, you will provide high-level, proactive support to both the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this dynamic role, you'll ensure the seamless coordination of legal and executive workflows, assist with legal documentation and scheduling, and serve as a trusted liaison between leadership and both internal and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CLO and CEO, including but not limited to scheduling, inbox organization, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Prepare, manage, and maintain legal documents-NDAs, contracts, board materials, and presentations-under direction.
Assist with legal matter tracking, filing, calendar maintenance, and document version control.
Coordinate internal and external communications, including responding to inquiries and routing emails.
Facilitate logistics for meetings, board sessions, and executive events.
Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Help transition from initial email support and document coordination to broader deliverables tracking as the role evolves.

Qualifications:

7+ years of executive administrative support experience as a legal executive assistant, ideally with M&A or transactional experience.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power Point, Excel and other document management tools.
Prior exposure to contract administration or legal process tools is preferred.
Familiarity with sustainable technologies or tech startups law is a plus.
