Senior Project Manager (Construction Consultancy)

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who can bring proven expertise, confident leadership, and a collaborative approach to a growing consultancy team. You'll be working on a diverse mix of projects - from flagship retail fit-outs to landmark commercial developments - with the chance to take real ownership and make a visible impact. What you'll be doing:

Taking the lead on multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong and lasting relationships
Managing and mentoring project teams, supporting the development of junior colleagues
Overseeing budgets, programmes, and risk management with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
Driving collaboration across design, contractor, and stakeholder teams

What we're looking for:

Strong track record of delivering retail and/or commercial projects within a consultancy environment
Experience working on both fit-out and new build schemes in central London
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders
Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM) or working towards it is highly desirable
