Description
The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Airport Executive Director. This includes handling sensitive and confidential information, coordinating complex schedules, managing communication across departments, and facilitating administrative actions. Additional duties include screening email and phone calls, communicating information to staff and the general public, scheduling meetings and conferences, coordinating catering and special services for meetings, preparing reports and official correspondence, making travel arrangements, and maintaining files and confidential documents.
A four-year degree in Business administration, Communication or related field; 10 years related administrative or secretarial work experience for a company executive/officer; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Must be highly proficient with MS Office products and clerical equipment.
This is a Full-time, Exempt position that normally works Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, but must be on-call and available to respond during nights, weekends, holidays and emergency events if needed. The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000. Starting bi-weekly pay rate will be based on previous work experience and education.
