As the Sr. Rebate Administrator, you will be an integral member of a team that negotiates, evaluates, and executes sales contracts for U.S. markets. The Sr. Rebate Administrator will be assigned to process one or more of the following: Managed Care rebates, Medicaid claims, government and Trade/Mail Order claims, and wholesaler fees.
Location: Hybrid - Parsippany, NJ
What you will be doing :

Preparing/maintaining contract parameters in Ascensia's contracting operational systems, including customer membership/plans/affiliations, products, prices, performance tiers, eligibility periods, and rebate rates.
Entering customer utilization data to support accurate calculation of rebates. Ensuring data is error-free and loaded correctly in operational systems.
Reviewing and processing all claims accurately, identifying possible disputes.
Working with internal/external customers to resolve outstanding disputes in a timely manner.
Reviewing proposed changes to contract terms and providing feedback to the Strategy team as needed.
Providing claim processing reports and metric tracking statistics to departmental management on a regular basis to provide visibility as to the status, volume, and potential liability of future rebates, fees, and other payments.
Developing SOPs and user guides, and expanding/updating existing documentation.
Identifying needs to improve operations and processes of the group.

Skills you will need:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience processing one or more of the following: Managed Care rebates, Medicaid claims, government and commercial chargebacks, and/or wholesaler fees within a pharmaceutical or medical device company.
Knowledge and experience in interpreting commercial and government contracts.
Track record of developing and providing data analyses and reporting.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Contract Management Systems, such as Model N (or other comparable system).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Prior role as a Business User in the implementation of a Contract Management System is a plus.
Knowledge and experience in using analytics platforms and data visualization tools, such as Incorta, Tableau, Looker, or Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
