Gen Z Jobs was founded by mother daughter duo, Kennedy Cook and Julie Sowash. Growing up in a house where making finding jobs and careers for communities is not only a focus, but a passion, Kennedy knew the experience for Gen Z needed to be curated and transparent.  Gen Z Jobs is led and directed by Gen Z, because Gen Z demands more than prior generations of workers.
